Sign in with the Company ID, email and password provided during onboarding, then start replying to customers from the shared inbox at portal.whatso.dev.

Common questions

Why can't I reply to a chat? WhatsApp allows free-form replies only within 24 hours of the customer's last message. After that, send an approved template to re-open the conversation.

Notifications aren't arriving. Make sure notifications are allowed for Whatso in your device settings.
