Whatso is a WhatsApp Business team-inbox service used by businesses to manage their own customer conversations. This policy explains what we collect and how it is used.
Information we process
- Account details — your name and email, to sign you in and show who is handling each chat.
- Conversation content — the WhatsApp messages, media and contact details your business exchanges with its customers, processed so your team can reply.
- Device push token — used only to deliver notifications about new messages and assignments.
- Leads — if you submit our contact form, your name, email, company and message.
How it is used
- To provide the team inbox: showing, sending and organizing messages.
- To send notifications about new messages and assignments.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or track you across other apps or websites.
Where data is stored
Data is stored on Whatso's servers. Push delivery uses Apple Push Notification service and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. Messaging is delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta).
Retention & deletion
We retain data for as long as your account is active. To access or delete your data, email hello@whatso.dev.
Children
Whatso is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
